Before paying your bill, please read and review the notice at the bottom of this page about policy changes that are now in effect. In the event your water is disconnected due to nonpayment, please contact our office to get the total amount due before attempting your payment.
Please note the following changes to our policy. These new policy changes are now in effect.
After you receive your bill, you have until the 20th to pay the net balance before your account incurs late charges. After late charges are added and the cut off notice is mailed out you will have until the disconnection date to bring the account current. In the event the account is not brought current by the disconnection date, the account will be disconnected and service charges will be applied. Thank you for your cooperation.
Accounts will be subject to disconnection upon becoming past due. If you receive a Cut off Notice, please make sure your account is current prior to the disconnection date.
In the event your account is cut off, the following service charges will be added:
Disconnection Fee: $35.00
Reconnection Fee: $35.00
Total fees of $70.00 will be added to your account.
These fees along with the entire net amount will be due before services are restored.

Use our After Hours Drop Box located at the entrance of our Office.
We accept payments through the Office during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Utility customers can now pay their bill online 24/7 with a credit card or debit card. This service is provided through Pay N Seconds, a third party payment processor, specializing in secure bill payment options. To make a payment through this service, simply click on the “Click to Pay” button below and you will be instantly directed to the our eBilling website. You will also have the ability to enroll in our mobile text pay service. This feature notifies you by text (SMS) message when a bill is due and allows you to reply back with a code to instantly make a payment from your mobile phone.
Please Note: We have updated the eBilling payment portal. You will be required to register prior to entering the new payment portal. If you don’t wish to store a payment method during the registration process, simply click the small X to skip that part.
Your payment must be submitted by 5:00 pm on the 20th of the month to avoid late fees.
